Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Wellnote. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Agreement and eligibility
Wellnote is a photo-first nutrition and wellness tracking app. By creating an account or using Wellnote, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old, or the applicable age of digital consent in your country, to use Wellnote.
2. Wellnote is not medical advice
Wellnote provides general wellness tools. Nutrition estimates, targets, exercise summaries, and AI-generated suggestions are informational only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a qualified health professional.
Seek professional advice for medical, nutrition, pregnancy, eating-disorder, allergy, or emergency questions. Do not use Wellnote in place of professional care.
3. Your account and responsibilities
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in method secure, and use Wellnote lawfully. You are responsible for content you submit and for reviewing nutrition estimates before relying on them.
4. Your content and AI estimates
You retain ownership of your meal photos, food logs, notes, and other content. You give Wellnote the limited permission needed to store, sync, process, and display that content to operate the service.
When you submit a photo or text for AI analysis, Wellnote sends it to its processing providers to return the estimate you requested. AI estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate; review them before saving or acting on them.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Wellnote. In particular, do not:
- attempt to access another person’s account or data;
- interfere with the service, bypass its limits, or evade security controls;
- use the service unlawfully; or
- submit content you do not have the right to submit.
6. Availability and beta service
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue Wellnote. Beta features may be incomplete or unavailable. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or that every estimate will be correct.
7. Privacy and account deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. You can delete individual entries in the app or permanently delete your account and associated data through the in-app account flow or our account-deletion instructions.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service. You may stop using Wellnote and delete your account at any time.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wellnote is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Where liability may be limited, Wellnote is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after the new Terms take effect means you accept them. Questions can be sent to hello@wellnoteapp.com.
