Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Wellnote account at any time. This page explains what is removed, the limited exceptions, and how to do it.
What gets deleted
When the in-app deletion process succeeds, it permanently removes:
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- All of your food and exercise logs, weight, water, goals, and notes
- Meal photos linked to your account; any remaining cleanup is completed within 30 days
This is permanent and cannot be undone. The account and stored server-side app records are deleted immediately when the in-app process succeeds; related deletion processing may take up to 30 days. There is no grace period or recovery.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open Wellnote and make sure you’re signed in.
- Open the side menu and tap Login to open your account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and stored server-side app records are deleted immediately when the process succeeds.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you can’t access the app, email hello@wellnoteapp.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll verify it’s you and complete the account-deletion process within 30 days. Delete the Wellnote app or its local data from each device you use.
What we may retain
After deletion, we may retain limited records only where the law requires it or to protect the service from fraud or abuse. We do not use retained records for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
